MARKETING MANAGER:                                  

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the marketing department. The successful candidate must possess these qualifications.

  • 10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Supervision and management experience of marketing personnel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • Master’s in Business or Marketing preferred.

  • Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.

INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER:
The Internal Audit Officer will be responsible for adding value and improving our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. They should have a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment. The successful candidate must;

The successful candidate must possess the following skills

  • Proven working experience as Internal Auditor.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound independent judgement.
  • HND / BSc       degree in Accounting or Finance.

Overview of the Job Requirements:

  • Assist in controlling full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Assist in determining internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER:

The human resource officer will be responsible to provide excellent assistance and support in recruiting, developing talent through policies and managing procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for human resource administrative tasks. The successful candidate must possess these qualifications:

  • Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position
  • Knowledge of all HR functions (HR generalists)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • HR Credentials (e.g. CIPM)

DRIVING SCHOOL COORDINATOR:

The Driving School coordinator will be responsible to manage the activities of the driving school. He will plan and implement the driving school curriculum. The successful candidate must possess these qualifications:

 

  • 8 years of cognate experience in similar position.
  • Supervision and management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Certification in training.
  • Valid driver’s license and lasdri licensee.
